How to use

1. Squeeze a pea-sized amount of charcoal toothpaste onto the toothbrush
2. Angle the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle towards the gums and gently move the toothbrush back-and-forward in short strokes along the teeth and gums.
3. Continue this technique with the front and back of every tooth for two minutes
4. Thoroughly rinse the toothbrush
5. Repeat twice a day
